Mother 1st birthday with Baby Dax

Its mother's 55th birthday on oct 5... As at that time i am still "confined" and Baby Dax is only 2 weeks plus old, we can only celebrate at home.... We Dabao back the food to eat together... =)


Its the yummy chocolate royal cake.... yum yum!!! my all time favourite though its not my birthday.. oppss... heee...


Baby Dax: Happy birthday, granny... Thank you for retiring to take care of me.... Mummy and daddy ask me to be a good boy... i tell them i will try..... i love to hold hand hold hand with you!!.. =)

Happy 1 month, Dearest Baby Dax!

1 month and 11 days have passed since Baby Dax enters into our life... He is super impatient and we really freak out on figuring what he really wants. He will cry and cry, dont give chance one!! hahaa... Sleepless nights and perspirations all over, running here and there, trying new methods on pacifying him, singing "1 little, 2 little, 3 little indians...." when changing his nappies, speaking baby languages, swinging and rocking him, burping him etc etc etc.... Burping him has been a great challenge to both of us... He is super hard to burp!!! When we hear the " Big LOUD burp" we will be very thrilled and happy, as if we strike 4D... hahaa..

Though its tiring, and there is no more luxury to sleep like last time, we really enjoy being parents... Seeing him cry, you will feel like cuddling and crying with him.. Seeing him smile will make you burst into laughters... This little chap has certainly brightened up our lifes so much!!
Everyday has been a challenge and there are so much much much much more for us to learn as parents!!

Is this the beginning or the end?

The storm is here.. and its fast and furious.. still remember my entry in August thinking when will euro zone be the next hit.. and it is less than 2 months, the focus now is on euro zone....


Even any ordinary man on the street seems to be aware of the credit crunch happening.... means it is real serious... it is the lack of confidence in the whole financial system.. Libor shoots up like rockets, even banks are afraid of lending money to each other, they are afraid of whats hiding beyond the balance sheets....


The graphs now resemble those in 1929.. 8 mths of bear rally?? den seeing the market remaining down for decade before it's back again?? it spooooooooooooOOOoooky to think of it....

Even investment guru Warren Buffet says that " In my adult lifetime I don't think I've ever seen people as fearful, economically, as they are now... The economy is going to be getting worse for a while.."

So where to put the money?? even banks cannot be trusted.... maybe inside the milo tins bah........So is this the beginning or the end?

anyway, 9 days to end my confinement!!!! can "break" fast and daddy chin can bring me to eat ice cream and drink peppsi liao.. yoooohooOOo!!
