Coming home :)

Almost 7 years in visiting Taiwan, I have lost count the number of times I came to this beautiful country..
Unlike 7 years ago, meeting clients are never tense, stressed and nervous now.. It's no longer about how financial market is right now..... eg: can buy AUD, gold now? Will S&P continue to rally? Need a rebalancing of their financial portfolio? In fact, I never touch about the financial market conditions at all....
What I offer now is a pair of listening ears to listen to their joy and woes in life. A client's son is getting married and she is telling me the whole process which made the in-laws relationship not so cordial. Another complaining of his unfilial children, only know how to take money from him but never visited him. A tainan client driving around tainan to show me all the interesting and nice places.. Etc etc...
The best one this trip is this client whom is with me since I started. I watch how her business grew, how loving she and her hubby were, how her son graduated and started working... watching her hubby fell ill and unfortunately passed away 4 years ago.. Watching how depressed and sad she was for the past few years, having to take anti- depression medicine... On Tuesday when I met her, she became such a happy and chirpy lady unlike last 2 years. She told me she had finally walked out of the dark shadow.. I'm truly happy to see her happy self, sharing with me how she spend her personal time now..this is even happier than making a 50% return for her... :)
Guess this is what my job is about.. I'm a Relationship manager.. And I truly agree.. It's all about relationship and I really enjoy it.. I have became their close international friends.. :)

Had a FaceTime with Dax and Danelle last night. Facetime Dax to show him around my hotel room.. Danelle seems want me to come out of the phone.. 3 more days! Gonna be fast.. Miss u little rascals... :)

Danelle's one year old big party!

Finally have time to post this.. Our little darling turned one on 31st March 2013. We have a big party at one degree 15, marina club at Sentosa cove.. Wheeee.. How we love the whole party and definitely is a successful and memorable one for us.. Everyone told us they enjoyed the party, regardless of their ages..




Luckily for mummy to have hit her quarter target in early feb, she spent the whole 1 month plus in the office planning for the whole event.. Hello kitty is the theme as mei Mei has always got some liking for the kitty!!




As usual we made customized hello kitty t shirts for the event..

We book the 3 constellations and the ballroom is really big and grand plus it's carpeted making the whole place v comfy and kids - friendly..




Even the reception area is so big and longish...











The food is fantastic.. All guests sing praises of it.. Though I only eat one bowl of black glutinous rice, looking at the spread, I know our guests' stomach are well taken care of..

Engaged an instant photo booth that provides props for photo taking.. Wow how I love this part as it gets all the adults and children so on to "dress up" and pose.. Many people tell me that it's so fun posing..

Next is the mr funny! He is really professional and get all the kids so excited and had so much fun!! Highly recommended and will definitely use him again for any kids event..
