we celebrated Dad's birthday at 和平饭店 at Macpherson... It was recommended in Ann Kwok's eatery TV programme.... Think if you like healthy and not so oily and fried food, this will be the place that u wanna try..... The smoked duck was supposed to be 开胃菜 but it came as last dish... kua kua..... Overall, i find the food still not that bad... hmmm.. maybe cos i am on a diet and prefer something light...heee...

fish feeding @ botanic garden

last sunday early in the morning @ bout 7plus, we went to Botanic garden for fish feeding session.... we tried our best to aim the food at the tortoises but they are simply too slow................. poor tortoises... when the food reaches the water, the fishes just swallow them up!!!

Gotten our key on 16th July 09... feel really excited over it!!!



These are the views from our master room.. full pool view and sea view... I love the sea view the most!!! It is also very windy and breezy up there on the 18th floor...

There are total of 3 toilets including one maid toilet.. we wont need to "fight" with the maid over toilet in the new house.. hahaa


Overall, the house is very well maintained for a 4 year old property..

We have rented out to a Japanese CEO and his wife with 2 kids... all are japanese.. Though the rent is slightly lower than the one offered by another australian couple and Irish couple, we still prefer to rent out to the Japanese family as they are known to be clean and proper....

We have about a year to sell or rent out our martaban house.. And in the meantime shop for ID and decoration ideas....
