come across this song.. bring back alot of memories when i was young... really miss those childhood days at times.. running around playing catching and all those fun activities..and really physically catching dragonflies during kampong days.....there is a myth that goes if u catch the dragonfly, ur head will become "smelly" "chao tao".. hahah.... I am 28 years old already!! so fast.. already at late 20s!!!!! gooossshhh.. can the clock dont turn so fast?????

Bye Bye Worthington!!

It all started in 2005 when me and luck bought our 1st private condo in Pasir Ris, Bluwaters. At that time, I was still working in Pasir Ris, being able to walk to work.. how nice... However, it was only able to complete when i joined Citi... We have decided to move in, that was in early part of 2007.The house is painted, furniture all bought... but after what feng shui master told us how bad the house is... we decided to sell it off!!!!! blessing in disguise???? guess so!!

We then bought this worthington thinking to move in after marriage... but as it will only be ready rightfully by end Nov 2008, we have no other choice but to get the current house at Martaban... Worthington then become our investment property... Luckily last time still have deferred payment scheme..we do not have to take any loan back then.. Finaally after 3 years, it has found its new owner!!! 1 load off our mind..

Its time to find our dream house, a bigger house, a nice environment that allows Baby Dax to play and grow up at... We are looking at big projects with alot of facilities...Targeting at east coast area, projects like one amber, the esta, sea view......... With the market at this current level, neither here nor there, we have to be more discrete in buying property, unlike before 2007, when everywhere is cheap........... with 400 over units with deferred payment scheme in one amber, coupled with the low valuation provided by the banks, we might be lucky enough to find a fire sale!!! ~~~cross our fingers~~~

Happy Mother's day!! - the Maternal side

Since i am in the taiwanese market for almost 3 years, have wanted to bring parents to eat taiwanese small dishes for quite some time.... We went to Xin Ye in Liang Court, the first restaurant in Singapore...supposingly to be famous in Taiwan... The setting is not too bad.. but the food is disappointing given that kind of price.. diao diao... dont tink will go back there again....

This mother's day we went to a restaurant call Xi Yan. It is quite a unique place, which only serves 4 tables per day. So we got to book it in advance... den u wont exactly know what u are going to have, depending on what the chef cooks that day..... plus the place plays traditional chinese songs... thumbs up for the setting!!

Nikon has unveiled the D5000 upper-entry-level DSLR and we've prepared a full preview of the camera and its features. Sitting between the D60 and D90, the D5000 appears to go head-to-head with Canon's EOS 500D, aiming at upgrading DSLR owners and experienced compact users. It combines many of the features of the D90 in a slightly smaller, simpler body and includes a 12.3 MP CMOS sensor, live view, 720p movies and a 2.7 inch, 180 degree Tilt/Swivel LCD.
