Intro to Tenaga and bro's birthday celebrations!!

Parents officially moved into Tenaga in late october this year.. A 5i-room unit by the corner, with lots of privacy, big and spacious, bright and airy... Good buy and a unit that we love it at first sight and offered the cheque on the same day itself, outbidding the last offer... Parents love it alot and can see that they r really happy with the buy...

the kitchen -before and after.. My mum being a thrifty person in nature did not want the kitchen to be renovated initially. However, i insisted as the whole kitchen is very dim and dull... I'm glad that i insisted, it's quite a big contrast and my mum likes it soooo much now...

This unit has 4 rooms with all rooms facing outside and none facing the corridor. The previous owner tore down the wall in btw the master and another room, making the room as big as the living room. We then put it back with a door to separate the master and entertainment karaoke room. The rooms r really big as compared to condo bedroom. After putting a king size bed and a big and long build-in wardrobe in the master room, there are still alot of space left, big enough to put another tv consol as well as a mahjong table to play mj..

Before and after - the karaoke room. shifted the sound system from cote over to Tenaga.. Guess the system is definitely better taken care of by my dad now!! hahaa...

We have our 1st celebration at Tenaga, celebrating 2nd bro birthday.. we have our 1st steamboat in the house too!!

Next up, its 3rd bro's birthday celebration. we missed Lexuan 1st month celebration as we were in Taiwan then.. This 3rd bro of mine is such a hands on daddy, he bathe, change nappies, feed Lexuan, even during the 1st month!! I can nv imagine such a lazy and nua person like him can change to be such a hands on daddy!! hahha

These 4 cousins have lots of space to run around now.. They will play with each other everytime they meet.. It's always so difficult to get Dax out of ah ma's house as he always refuses to leave them!!!
