2011 CNY!!

Got lots to catch up on posts...What a busy and draining period...

This is the 1st CNY we had in Cote... Cote has been great host for several big gatherings including the Chin families and my maternal side relatives of at least 30 people each session, as well as IPB gatherings of 20 odd people... Baby had done at least 6 lo-hei for this CNY!!

Miss u my little Boy!!

Hello baby!! Mummy misses u alot!!! counting down to friday... You had seen mummy packing and unpacking the big red luggage bag so frequent that you also took out ur very own luggage and drag around the house (birthday present fr Uncle Seng and Aunty Angela).. hahaaa.. u told me that u want to go take aeroplane and go taiwan too.. sorry, mummy can't bring u along this trip as an insurance specialist specially made this trip with me.. hope to strike some insurance jackpot deals!!

ok, mummy promise u at least 2 holidays this year yah!! we are going Hainan Island with Yeye, nainai, daddy and some uncles and aunties in May.. I will think of another 1 or 2 trips to bring u this year yah... heard daddy says u keep tell everybody that Maya, ur classmate fell down in school huh.. poor thing.. mummy gonna do koala bear hug with u on friday ok! =)

Mummy went Taichung today.. wohoo.. so impressed with my client's cafeteria cum landed house in a very very big area.. it's a dream come true.. so nice and relaxed... so shiok!!! they even have land to plant all sort of organic plants... It set mummy thinking even harder on setting up a coffee house next time since mummy loves coffee so much...

I love Taichung clients, they always make my trip so fruitful... going to Hsinchu tomorrow.. be a a good boy and listen to yeye & nainai yah...

Baby will take out his "labtop" too, when he saw us @ work... he is a little copycat now.... got this Macbook Air- its so cool!! Love it!!! slim and handy..

Terrible TWO -

The stage doesn't always begin exactly on your child's second birthday. Development experts say it can strike as early as 18 months and as late as 30 months. Look for new signs of assertiveness from your toddler. Hallmark behaviors to watch for: He may insist on doing exactly what you've told him not to do or throw himself down on the floor in a fit of temper if he doesn't get his way. His demands may alternately frustrate and amuse you. At times, for example, he'll likely ask for something that he doesn't even want, just to see if he has enough power to get it.

"To help you cope with this normal stage in your child's development, you should always remember that your child isn't trying to be defiant or rebellious on purpose. He is just trying to express his growing independence and doesn't have the language skills to easily express his needs. This can also be the reason why your toddler frequently gets frustrated and resorts to hitting, biting, and temper tantrums when he doesn't get his way."

Oh well, i am pretty sure that Dax is undergoing this terrible 2 of his life... at least we know that this is a natural stage that a child will go through... =) he has shown much improvement over the past week, hope that he can outgrown this stage soon... In the meanwhile, Jiayou to all of us!!! =)

Dax with papa and mama @ East Coast Polliwogs... A lucky boy indeed, Dax is so fortunate to have such doting godparents and grandparents... Papa and mama are always full of effort and ideas on bringing this boy to play, from animal farms to kite flying to marina barrage etc etc, Dax is always so happy to go out with them. =)

Got to thanks erge and ersao for their ever ready time to take care of our little boy. Everytime there is dinner/ function etc etc, they are always there to take care of him.. Like Yan says, we do not have to worry bout nobody taking care of Dax... really appreciate that.. =)

Dax loves to play with balls, remote control cars, thomas and friends train, lego and toy figurines.. Am so glad about this.. was still worried when i used to see him playing with all the kitchen cooking stuff back then in Kim Tian most of the time... glad that he has access to all his "Very Boy" toys now!!! hee...

there are 11 other classmates in his class... heard from yeye that he did charm some girls @ his school, there is a girl that will stick and follow him @ class and there is another girl that use tissues to wipe off his tears when he cried initially when yeye left the class.. hahahaaa... so cute!! just knew that there are Clara, Kelly, Jerrico in his class...

Thank you yeye who will bring this darling boy to school without fail, be it rain or shine.. Mummy and daddy know that it is not easy and it is very tiring... baby, U got to give yeye a great big hug and kiss everyday even when u grow up ok!!!

he loves school.. forcing and dragging us up to the school @ Parkway to continue to sign him up for the sunday 1 hr class at little neuro tree at the beginning of the year... we shall review whether to continue the class again when the term ends...

Birthday surprise for Dear!!

Oh Yes, this was a total SUCCESS surprise birthday celebration for Mr Chin... tricked him into believing that i got Taiwanese clients that came in town, got to entertain them on saturday (29 jan) and that they wanted to see Dax that we got to bring him to them..

I pretended to go to office to close some deals with the client, but actually went back to collect the Mac book Pro that i bought for dear and to buy some decor stuff to MBS hotel that i booked for the surprise.

Dear never find anything missing and never suspect anything when i asked him to bring Dax to the hotel to meet me and the cm together (perhaps cos he was used to meeting cm together with me! =) ) Even when i told him that i was holding the card as client's children got grouchy and needed to go up the room first.. when we got up the room, Dear still insisted on me knocking on the door as i was rude to just open the door like that... Even after we opened the door with no one inside, he still didn't suspect anything till i brought him to the bed and shouted "Happy Birthday"!!! hahaaa... Dax was so excited that he kept jumping around too... hahaaa.. it's so fun!!! =)

well, think i really got alot of effort this time round!! Thanks to mui for helping me get the room, and thanks to Hongwei, chye and Eunice for helping me to figure out which Mac book to get for him...

Baby blew off the candle before daddy even make a wish.. hahahahaaa!!

I hide the Mac book Pro in the toilet and i thought was quite hard to find!!! ahahhaaa...

Oh yes, i knew that he will be very happy to receive this present.. and i guess this present is so appropriate at this time.. =)

Dax was pleasantly happy that day also... dunno whether he knows whats going on anot.. hahahaa...

it was followed up with the birthday celebrations with the Chin brothers together with the Chin family.. It was also my promotion treat at Imperial Treasure at MBS... tot that the bill will cost a bomb, was pleasantly surprise that the cost is quite reasonable...

busy start!! Great 2011 to come!!

A very busy start into 2011!!! Wohoo... so many happenings and overwhelmed

by events

after events... was sick for 1 whole week and never did i feel so weak before.. gosh..

glad that i have recovered and have been "drowning" myself with water to

avoid being sick again.. our dearest boy is also down with fever at about

the same time as me, luckily there are nai nai and yeye to help take care of him..

Oh yes, and the most eventful and magical thing that happened to me this month is

my promotion to Director...

yeah!! Finally made it through!!!!Up the 神台, where all the privileges are..!!! My target is also quarterly,

easier to manage my sales...

oh yeah!!!!! =)

well, this also means that my collections of trophies will most

likely end here...

Competing with the veteran bankers that have worked at least

10 to 20 years in the bank,

well.. i can forget it and cruise my way through from now onwards,

can get into a more relaxed mode.. and think this might just be like

that for my next 10 to 20

years or so as this is the maximum i can go over here..

I am proud of myself, to be able to make it here b4 30 years old... =)

gonna shift my focus to get some quality life for the family from now on..

We are lucky to get a placement there, it is initially full

and the waiting list

is very very long.. well, really so glad to receive a call from

the school to ask me if i

want to change from mountbatten to east coast..

I love the structure of the school

though it is not cheap...

.We believe in building a strong foundation from young...

Almost the 1st month is gone and CNY is coming...

Hope this coming rabbit year,

all of us will be blessed with great Health!!!

than being healthy after my prolonged illness this month.
