Our Universal Studio trip

Won a $200 RWS vouchers and decided to bring Dax to Universal studio.. Thinking that we should be able to go in and have a good meal inside too.. who knows, the entrance fee per adult is actually $72!!!?! so in the end, Dear me and ah fa all add up already $216.. luckily the entrance for Dax is free!!

I still remember the universal studio trip in California USA i went during DBS incentive trip in year 2005.. WoooooooOOo.. that was so unforgettable and very fun!! Looking for a chance to go there again one of these days... =)

As the 4D motion is so real (there are water sprinkling onto us and movements of our chair) and the characters come so real when we put on the glasses, Dax was abit scared and was abit overwhelmed by the show... hahahaa.. nevertheless, it is a good experience for us!

Happy wedding anniversary to father and mother!!

It's father and mothers' 36th wedding anniversary (36 right?) this year.. Father is so sweet and wanna give mother a surprise... A room was booked at Marina Bay Sands as mother loves to go casino.. It was supposed to be a surprise but mother was very alert to see our loop holes... We pretend that my cm is coming to town again and need to go up the room to meet them.. hahaha.. They went for a "lomantic" dinner too!!! hehehee

Dax was still "looking" out for the present that I kept during daddy's surprise birthday celebration @ MBS too... haa..

Our Tai Tai Day!

It has been a long while since we had our Tai Tai Day!! Thanks to Mint for organising one, and all the tai tai wannabes have a relaxing high tea at Rose Veranda at Shangri-La Hotel... It serves international high tea.... well, i think i had many cups of teas and coffee during the session... hahhaaa

so glad that our friendship is still so strong and steady after so many years since we graduated from NTU!!

enjoying ourselves on a weekday afternoon... hmmmm... that's life!!!! =)

luckily this tai tai day falls in June which allows busy teacher Leow to join us!! we shall have taitai day during school holidays, just for you ya, teacher Leow!!

and of cos the day ends off with 3 rounds of MJ at Cote.... its an enjoyable and relaxing day!!! hmmmm... still wondering should i get the automated MJ table.....................................

ah gong also got Ipad2 as his father's day present this year... ah gong treasures and like it very much.. he even records his own singing into youtube and watch it from the ipad. we can be sure that he will fully utilise the ipad2...he says he is bringing it out where ever he goes.. . he said his heart will break if it drops on the floor... hahahaa...

1st family movie @ Marina Square

Our 1st family movie: Kung fu Panda @ Marina Square GV...

Before we bought our tickets, Daddy and Mummy were prepared to leave the theatre after 20 minutes or so, thinking that it should be quite hard to keep this little boy still to watch the show.... we wanted to give it a try for experience sake..

To our surprise, we finish the whole show and it is really a very enjoyable bonding time with our little boy... He is so amused and happily laughing, popping popcorns and drinking ice tea while watching the show... he makes a lot of comments on the show too... it is so funny... too bad it is too dark for me to take a video...

when we enter the cinema, this little boy tells us he has been here with mumu, big and small jie jie, lele and ah ma... hahaa..true enough, dasao has brought him to watch a cartoon show few months back... hahahaa...

we went shopping after that, saw the kungfu panda, baby is so happy!!! heheheee

so cute!! wondering when will be the next cartoon movie out... looking forward to the next movie outing again!! =)

Little Cote

Hurray!! The white bungalow just opposite Parkway Parade was bought by Far East.... We love to buy properties near to Far East launches.... cos they always launch their properties at "sky" prices...

With Silversea selling at an average of $1838 psf, The Cape selling at an average $2,141 psf and this enbloc of bungalow by Far East... Our little Cote is in for a ride..... =)

Our Hainan Trip together

It's a 3 days 2 nights getaway for the 5 of us - to Hainan Island! We make this trip together with my colleagues, Eric and his wife + youngest son & my buddy @ work, Eunice.. cool!! so glad that all of us can blend so well... =)

baby loves to imitate the adults... he will bring his luggage up to the scan machine when pass the checkpoint.. and he will insist on carrying it himself.. hahaaa.. so funny.. he looks so "professional" dragging his luggage...

@ Hilton hotel... each room costs around SGD$420++ per night.. no cheap... hmmm... crossing our fingers as the bills are not reflected on any of our credit cards yet... hehehee... free lodging for us!! yeah! =)

we went to one of their villages to tour around.. quite surprise that the place was very clean...

we did have some fun.. but 1 very distinct thing about Hainan Island is that houseflies are everywhere... haa..

the beach is just in front of the hotel... went para - gliding with Eric, this is the first time i tried.. it's very fun!! Father, Eric, Eunice and me also tried the sky gliding.. it was so fun too!! actually was quite skeptical about the safety level as we were in China, but still continue to go for it.. Poor dear dear cannot play as the height limit is 1.8M and 80KG... hahahaa..
