Hello Baby, u are officially 4th month old in mummy's stomach... 2nd trimester has began, how come mummy still yet to enjoy the "honeymoon"?? mummy is still queasy, wonder when will it officially ends... haiizz.. some other pregnancy woes of headache and everyday bad hair day!! mummy has a sudden increase amount of dandruff... =( Dr Ang says all these are due to pregnancy hormones... hope that it will improve soon!!!

Oh yes, we went to c u today.. Dr Ang asks " u want to know the gender?" "Of cosssss....." U r very cooperative, we can see in between ur limps so clearly, no bird bird!!!! HURRRRRAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!! Dr Ang is so confident that she even wrote down XX in my record.. she also pointed out the Hamburger sign to us... oh yes..............!!! =))))))))))) keep it this way, darling, please don't have anything growing in between ur legs yah... mummy and daddy can starts to shop for girly stuff already.. hurrray!!! =)

But Dr Ang pointed out that mummy's cervical mark is short, needs to rest more and ask mummy not to take things for granted.... ok! mummy shall listen to aunty gynae's advice and rest more...

Please be a good girl and grow well inside mummy's tummy ok.. mummy's tummy is expanding rapidly and exponentially.. weight gain has been quite fast and furious too.. got to watch it!! i must keep it slow and steady!!!

Bird nest treat has began.. all thanks to nai nai for preparing for u.. since u are a girl girl, u shall need more than ur gor gor, hope ur skin will be like ur gor gor, fair and rosy!!!! =)

we had a small scale BBQ on Deepavali.. Heidi, Karis and Denise meimeis are all here... Little Dax gor gor shows his gor gor-ship by sayanging the smiley Heidi... He likes her and seems ready to take on a bigger role to be a big gor gor in the family.....

oh yess... thank you guan ying ma for ur blessing... we have our little dragon, EDD estimated be early April 2012.. =)

We discovered this great news on the day we are flying to Australia... oh mine.. and the flight to Melbourne was a super uncomfortable as i did not get to sleep.. Worse thing was that when we reached the hotel, our room was not ready until afternoon... I felt very uncomfortable and stomach was painful... Daryl made the decision to fly back the next day so as not to take any risk...

Guardian pregnancy is No. 1!!! Even beat clear blue and other more expensive kits.... got tested positively in very early stage of the pregnancy.. went to a clinic to confirm and yet was tested negative instead on another test kit and on clear blue kit too, so we tot i was not pregnant until I did a blood test on the day we flew to Melbourne..

got another confirmation when we flew back to Singapore.

Hello little baby @ 5 weeks old...

This little baby is a thrifty one.. Even since i am pregnant, my everyday die die must have Spinelli Low fat Latte was a turn off to me... I felt quite sad initially, i totally hate coffee in my 1st trimester.. what's life like without coffee for a super coffee-lover!!! i really can't believe it...i felt totally depressed... but i get to accept it and in the end feel that i really save a lot of money from this!! Imagine a cup cost $5.30 and sometimes i will drink 2 cups a day..

Mummy also doesn't really like and fancy any expensive stuff to buy these few months.... Mummy is also not very keen on going expensive overseas tour in December too..

thank you baby, think u help mummy save quite a bit of money....=)

Baby @ week 9... we heard ur heartbeat.. very fast!! =)

Baby, Carrying u wasn't easy, just like ur gor gor... morning sickness happened every and anytime of the day.. Mummy was practically a merlion... Guess what? My best friend during this period is actually TOILET BOWL!! The nausea and vomitting was uncontrollable and unstoppable, sometimes mummy will vomit until out of breathe... Daddy will hear some strange and loud vomit noises at times.. hahaa... though it is getting better now, the nausea is still not all over yet... =(

However, in terms of tiredness, it wasn't as bad compared to carry ur gor gor... *crossing my fingers*.. I used to go "time-out room" to sleep during office hours when i was pregnant with Dax... i have not utilize this option yet as of now...

U r also quite a lazy baby.. Mummy has become more "nua", not like last time so chiong... hahaha.. mummy is also lazy to update the blog . maybe u r just a relax baby.. nvm, mummy likes it this way too!!

baby @ week 12.. how lovely it will be if u r a girl girl.. mummy would love to have 1 boy and 2 girls... but rest assured that there will be at least 2 happy persons no matter which gender u r.. ur gor gor would love and want u to be a didi.. ur daddy is neutral, saying that didi can fight with gor gor, mei mei also ok... mummy would love u to be mummy's girl... =) my colleague told me usually a child would like his/her sibling to be of the same gender, it's only the parents that want the opposite gender.. how true it is, i wish i had a sister too!! heehhee....

look at the video taken when i was about 8 weeks pregnant.. no matter how i try to influence him, he still thinks bb inside mummy's stomach is a didi.. until i told him that Joen jiejie says it is mei mei.. (cos he will be influenced by the jie jies).. then he told nai nai that he wants a didi but doesn't understand why small jiejie wants a mei mei.. hahahahaa....

i really got to thank my lovely hubby during this period... He is such a caring and nice partner... He handles everything and makes sure that i got enough rest and food to eat.. Most importantly, he helps to oversee the full renovation process for the Tenaga house that my parents bought.. leaving me with no worries... what a lovely hubby and son-in-law... i love u dear!!

I am @ my 15 weeks, looking forward to have 2 kids in our house rocking and rolling!! guess we are both very excited to wait for the arrival of this little dragon... =)

5 years in Citi

It's official, we are in the bear market... I doubt people in the main street felt it... Exactly like 3 years ago... Retrenchments are going on secretly and silently....we are always the "forerunner" being more sensitive to the market.. The last recession was fast, guess it only lasted about half a year before market came back again... That was then.. When the Federal reserve has the power to launch QE, to print unlimited amount of money.... It was a different story now... With the leading developed countries in terrible debt situations, it would be difficult to "save" the economy like before.. US, Japan, European countries etc are running endless deficits............

Only 5 years in Citi, 8 years in the industry can witness so unprecedented market swings... Q4- last quarter!!! Got to be very focused!!! haven clear my compliance leave and still planning a last business trip for the year, hopefully.. its not going to be easy, but got to get the carrot!! It will be horrible to miss the last lap... too bad i cant go for business trip this month, have been "zhuo-bo" for at least 3 weeks liao.... if only we can run the last Q target earlier...

Time to tighten our belt again.. so glad that we do not have any big items to spend going forward... Next year shall be a "resting" year for me... so said alot of my other colleagues, all anticipating a resting year next year.... hahaaa.. May the currency market be with me for the last quarter... Jiayou!!!!!!!!!

Our darling is gonna celebrate his 3rd birthday this friday in school as well as with immediate family members and hall friends/jiemeis of daddy and mummy this coming saturday... He is so excited about his birthday party and it's so cute & heartwarming to see him picking his party items for his party! hahaa.. My boy has really grown up.......

Wow! It's almost a year since we moved into Cote. Sep 25 (same birthday as my mum.. hehehee) will mark our 1st year of nesting over here.. It certainly doesn't feel like we have already stayed for a year, the stay here is always so refreshing and happy..

This one year marks alot of happy and joyous occasions and celebrations at Cote.. Staying in Cote has been really a blessed and wonderful thing to happen to us! we love our home sweet home! =)

Back in Nov 2009 when we still rented this place out to the Japanese family, we threw a surprise birthday celebration for my 2nd bro aka Dax's papa..
